4. Convert leads to satisfied customers– Now you need to follow up. Send emails, get in touch, give out promotions and try other things to get them to make a purchase.

5. Monitor and modify– last but certainly not least, you need to keep a close eye on what works and what doesn’t work and to adjust accordingly.
