The two genders both suffer from different conditions. For guys and girls in their 20’s, melanoma is a big threat. So is high cholesterol, so make sure you watch what you eat! Women also have to watch out for HPV, while men need to monitor for testicular cancer.

Once you reach your 30’s, make sure you watch for type 2 diabetes and keep an eye on your cholesterol. Women need to pay close attention to breast cancer, while heart disease and colorectal cancer became major issues for guys.

Once women reach their 40’s, heart disease becomes a major issue. So too does ovarian cancer. Men face many of the same challenges as in their earlier years, including heart disease, and also add prostate cancer to the mix.
