For example, more than 90 percent of people trust reviews from trusted individuals in regards to making a purchase. Astonishing, 72 percent of people trust online reviews just as much! That’s a lot of faith.
In fact, 90 percent of people use internet research to read reviews before deciding on a purchase. And 57 percent of people will avoid a purchase because of bad reviews!
But did you know that only 6 percent of people actually write a review? Why?
The number one reason is because it’s too tedious and the number two cause is because they simply forgot (I know I’ve been guilty of this a few times!).
