It’s an age old debate among many coffee and tea drinkers, which one is better? I won’t lie, I am a partial judge and I’ll be voting for coffee no matter what this “caffeinating” infographic tells me. Still, for the rest of you, you might want to see a short 3 round fight!
Round 1- Tea crushes coffee on the annual sales, accounting for some 550,000 pounds of sales in the UK to coffee‘s 270,000 pounds.
Round 2- Tea wins in terms of health. While coffee has been linked to preventing Alzheimer’s disease, tea is rich in anti-oxidants and may even help prevent obesity!
