I am going to be honest, I am not a huge fan of tomatoes. They are overrated in my book. Of course, a lot of people think I am crazy for saying that. And it turns out that around the world, growing tomatoes is a huge industry. So if you’re looking for a tomato education, you’ve come to the right place.

This insightful infographic outlines the “modern” tomato. Turns out tomatoes are different these days in the past.
