Ah yes, buzzwords. No matter your industry, you’ve most likely had to deal with buzzwords at some point in time, if not all the time.
Sometimes buzzwords can actually be quite useful and allow you to quickly sum up a point. Still other times, they are annoying at best and over used to the point of driving people crazy at worst.
In digital marketing and technology world there are many, many buzzwords. Take “Clickability” for example, it means:

1. The desirability of a hyperlinked object 2. Describes content so good that you simply have to click on it

Well, that makes a lot of sense, and hopefully our readers are finding that our website has a high degree of clickability! Still, if you are in a meeting and have to hear the term repeated 20 different times, you’ll probably get annoyed.
Some other terms are actually quite unfamiliar to me. For example, I never heard of snackable content. Apparently this refers to “bite-sized” pieces of content that can quickly be consumed by viewers and it also makes you hungry for more.
Some other terms are more familiar. For example, an immersive experience is

highly visual, often social environment on a brand’s website

There are also some real off the wall terms like SoLoMo, which refers to the three big trends, social media, local commerce, and mobile apps. That is definitely a useful one to remember!
