Mobile phones are also becoming a juggernaut, with some 70 percent of people stating that they would like to receive offers via their smartphones. By 2014 there should be over 53 million mobile coupon users. Meanwhile 90 percent of mobile searches related to restaurants have a 90 percent conversion rate. Whoa!
And content marketing is also huge. A simple blog can result in 55 percent more customers! In fact, now blogs are actually more influential than magazines and 60 percent of customers feel more positive about a company after reading its content.
